COASTAL FOREST LODGE IS A FULLY ACCREDITED CAMPSITE

Coastal Forest Lodge has been purpose designed and built for school groups and began operating in 2003.

The layout includes a comfortable and central Teachers Retreat so you can have your own space (tea/coffee/ TV) but also keep an eye on what’s happening outside. |

The cabins are located around an alcove and clearly visible from the Teacher’s Retreat. |

All the cabins have ensuites so students do not have to leave cabins during the night for toilets. |
|
|
A central large Recreation Hall is available for passive indoor activities such as meetings, concerts, dances etc. |

The Dining Room is light and bright with separate wash up scullery. |

There is extensive under cover decking area / verandahs. |

Easy travelling distance from Melbourne and surrounds, Mornington Peninsula, Ballarat and Geelong. |

Coastal Forest Lodge has a terrific selection of activities which are set up and easy to take – archery, orienteering courses, photo trail, mini-golf, low ropes course, environmental walks, bush shelters, initiative activities, basketball court etc.

Coastal Forest Lodge can be a perfect base for groups wishing to use the local area and its attractions as well as the expertise of local activity / program providers – ECO LOGIC (environmental programs), GORATS (mountain bike riding/canoeing) and GRAW (surfing etc). |

Groups can use Coastal Forest Lodge activities or design and run a program of their own eg. Retreat, theme etc. |

An extensive Teachers Booklet (general information, camp layout and maps, camp rules, safety and emergency numbers, activity ideas, sample camp booklet pages etc.) is provided upon receipt of deposit from schools. |

A quality catering service is provided which includes a balance of nutritious meals. Morning / afternoon teas and supper can be part of the package. The menu is designed to suit the needs and program of the group. Picnic lunches are available as required.

|
Coastal Forest Lodge offers a competitive price structure and a lower minimum number (for sole occupancy of the site) than a lot of other camps.
|
|
|
Naturally, once the minimum number is paid for there is a complimentary ratio for staff of 1 : 10.
