Coastal Forest Lodge offers groups the opportunity to self cater. Self catering is an economic and flexible alternative when organising group accommodation.

Self Cater means your group provides the requisites necessary for an enjoyable stay using our facilities.  The catering and cleaning is your responsibility. With a team approach and a little planning these tasks are easy to share . It is recommended a person with a Food Handlers Certificate supervises the catering. We can suggest simple catering ideas and provide guidelines for what is expected in the final clean up.

What we provide:

A purpose built campsite in a peaceful bush setting and bush walks. Plenty of KANGAROOS onsite.
   Cabin accommodation (all with ensuites) to adequately service your group size and needs.
   Bright and comfortable dinning room with separate wash-up gully.
   Kitchen large and fully equipped.
   Basketball, netball court , volleyball net and cricket pitch.
   Campfire area -  groups to collect firewood (restrictions apply).
   Laundry -  washing machine and dryer available for emergency use only.
   Petting paddock - feed the farm animals - bread, carrots and apples!
   Games Room incl. table tennis, air hockey and fussball tables, TV and DVD player, piano, concert area and movie room.
   Cleaning equipment -  mops, buckets, brooms, vacuum.
   Information booklet includes camp information, walks, local attractions etc.
   Sole occupancy.

What You Need To Bring

   Pillow, and sleeping gear eg. FITTED SHEET and doona / blankets or good quality sleeping bag.
   All food requisites.
   Tea Towels, detergent, GARBAGE BAGS, extra toilet paper etc.
   Personal Items such as bath / beach towels, toiletries etc.
   Sports / recreational / games equipment
   Music and Audio Equipment - if required i.e. CD player, projector, laptop,ect.

 

 

 

 

Why Do We Need A Pre Booking Campsite Visit?

Self Cater hire of group accommodation facilities like Coastal Forest Lodge has become more regulated. A pre booking campsite visit with the person responsible for the hire of the campsite and who will  be staying with the group is a good idea.

 

 

 

 

What Costs Are Involved?

Accommodation

From $30.00 per person per night plus GST.  A minimum hire period and minimum numbers apply, these may vary during the year. Please enquire for your proposed dates.
